NP DODGE RESIDENTIAL SALES NAMES EVANS AND DRAKE-SOTO AS VICE PRESIDENTS August 10, 2005 Omaha, Nebraska - Mike Riedmann, President of NP Dodge Residential Sales, today announced the promotions of Don Evans to Vice President and General Sales Manager and Jodee Drake-Soto to Vice President of Marketing for the Residential Sales Division. Don Evans previously served as the Sarpy County and Pacific Hills Office Manager where he mentored his successor in both locations. He was also instrumental in the new Licensee Recruiting Program. In his new role he will continue to develop new business opportunities and real estate partnerships. Jodee Drake-Soto, a graduate of Creighton University, joined NP Dodge Residential Sales in December 2000. She oversees and directs the advertising, market research, public relations, internal communications and regional marketing activities of the residential division.
