NP DODGE TO CONSTRUCT NEW COMMERCIAL BUILDING ON WEST DODGE ROAD January 3, 2006 Omaha, Nebraska - NP Dodge recently closed on the purchase of more than four acres of land on the Northwest corner of 132nd and West Dodge Road with plans to construct a five story, 68,400 square foot office building. NP Dodge Residential Sales, currently located at 129th and Dodge, will relocate and occupy the new facility’s first floor, and NP Dodge Commercial and Industrial Sales/Management office will occupy a portion of the second floor. The building is of a contemporary design articulated with sleek blue glass, white modern panels, a towering corner accent and a sweeping curve along Dodge Street. There will be 383 parking stalls, 38 of which will be indoors on the lower level. There will also be a balcony off the third floor facing South overlooking Dodge Street towards Boys Town. Holland Basham Architects and Meyers Carlisle Leapley Construction Company, Incorporated, both of Omaha, plan to break ground for the building late spring 2006. NAI NP Dodge Commercial Sales and Management will be in charge of leasing and management, and also will be a tenant in the building. Leasing inquires should be directed to Jan Kratky at 397-1178. |
