NP DODGE ANNOUNCES NEW RESIDENTIAL SALES OFFICE March 10, 2006 Omaha, Nebraska - NP Dodge Real Estate is proud to announce the opening of their newest residential sales office located at 2424 Oak St., just north of Vinton Square shopping plaza and west of 24th Street by First National Bank. The new sales office is convenient for east Omaha and Iowa customers and a great touch-n-go office for their sales associates. It includes a full-time, bilingual receptionist and is open Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. The office number is 731-5008. “We’re very excited to have this great office location for our customers and clients,” said Mike Riedmann, President of Residential Sales. “Having this facility will allow us to better serve this market area.” The new real estate office is fully equipped with computer stations, offices, comfortable conference room, etc. It is very spacious with bright, tasteful décor and over 2900 sq. ft.
