NP DODGE RECOGNIZES RECENT ACCOLADES January 22, 2007 Omaha, Nebraska - NP Dodge Real Estate is proud to announce recent awards that have been received throughout the real estate division. Rocky Goodwin, a professional agent in the West Pacific office located at 17809 Pacific Street, was installed as President of the Metro Omaha Builders Association (MOBA). Jeff Rensch, a professional agent in the West Dodge office located at 12915 West Dodge Rd., was recognized by the Omaha Magazine’s Best of Omaha as Best Real Estate Agent. Byron Menke, a professional agent in the Council Bluffs office located at 1730 Madison Avenue, was installed as President of the Southwest Iowa Association of Realtors. Gladys Danker, a professional agent in the Council Bluffs office located at 1730 Madison Avenue, was installed as Vice President of the Southwest Iowa Association of Realtors. Theresa Martin, a professional agent in the Council Bluffs office located at 1730 Madison Avenue, was installed as Secretary-Treasurer of the Southwest Iowa Association of Realtors. Ralph Hall, a professional agent in the Sarpy Office located at 4912 Shannon Drive, was appointed to the Nebraska GRI Board of Governors. Mark Palmer, director of NP Dodge Builder Services, was recognized by the Metro Omaha Builders Association as the 2006 Developer of the Year. Bob Brau, owner of Brau Builders and represented by NP Dodge, was recognized by the Metro Omaha Builders Association as the 2006 Builder of the Year.
